Born in Benevento in 1980. He works at Mainini & Associati’s Milan and Rome offices. He is the partner in charge of the firm’s M&A and Private Equity department.

He graduated in Law from the Federico II University of Naples and in Economics and Business Law from the Second University of Naples.

He attended a Master’s degree in Corporate Law/Corporate Lawyers at the SDA of Bocconi University and a second-level Master’s degree in Corporate Tax Law at the same Bocconi University.

He is a member of AIAF, the Italian Association for Financial Analysis, and has completed a three-year internship as a Statutory Auditor registered in the register kept by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Mennato has worked in some of the most important Italian and international law and tax firms, gaining significant experience in corporate, tax, and capital markets law, with particular reference to domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, Private Equity and venture capital, capital increases including through equity crowdfunding, bond issues (minibonds, project bonds, green bonds) and listing processes, also assisting in vendor or acquisition tax and legal due diligence processes.

In 2019, he joined Mainini & Associati as a partner in charge of the firm’s M&A and Private Equity department.

His professional activities also include day-to-day corporate and tax consulting for listed companies, taxation of generational transfers and financial taxation, and tax litigation.

He is the author of articles published in several national newspapers.

In 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025, Mennato was named by MF – Milano Finanza as one of the best professionals in the Corporate/M&A category.
