Lawyer and doctor of economics. He studied classics and graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan with a degree in law and in economics and business.

He attended the Master’s program for corporate lawyers at SDA Bocconi, coordinated by Prof. Luigi Arturo Bianchi (2016), and a SDA Bocconi Management Program (2023), and was an assistant professor of private law under Prof. Camilletti at the University of Milan.

He is a member of Board of director of Assolombarda Giovani Imprenditori (Assolombarda Young Entrepreneurs) and a mentor in the Mentor4you Association, in a program of educational and professional assistance and guidance for the younger generation.

He is the author of articles in several national newspapers and is invited to speak at conferences.

He mainly deals with civil law, corporate law, and M&A, corporate restructuring, and insolvency proceedings.

He is an avid sportsman and a federal sailing instructor. A passionate reader, he has a season ticket to La Scala in Milan for opera performances.
