She attended the Course for Mediators at the Chamber of Arbitration of Milan. Sebastiana has worked in some of the most important firms in Milan, specializing in the field of Bankruptcy Procedures, acquiring specific skills in the field of crisis and corporate restructuring. He has followed complex debt restructuring. Her professional activity also includes significant experience in corporate, accounting and tax matters. Sebastiana holds appointments as Technical Consultant of the Judge at the Court of Milan in matters of: – anatocism, verification of solving payments and verification of usury threshold, – mortgage contracts and verification of usury threshold rates. – recalculation of interest according to the provisions of art. 117 TUB. – calculation of IRR and verification of exceeding of APR threshold rates. – reconstruction and determination of the bank’s credit position with respect to the account holder. In 2015 she joined Team Mainini & Associati.
