Family matters affect people and, often, also the family’s assets and business. The firm assists spouses, partners and family members with discretion, seeking an agreed solution wherever possible, which is almost always quicker and less costly for everyone.
Our family law team works in constant dialogue with the firm’s other departments. When the family owns a business, a separation or a succession may affect shareholdings, roles within the company, or properties held by the company or by a holding company. In these cases the team works together with our wealth protection and generational transition department, and with our corporate and Tax departments where needed, to safeguard the continuity of the business as well as the client’s personal interests.

Litigation. We assist clients in court proceedings under the unified procedure for matters concerning persons, minors and families, and in inheritance disputes.
